Griddle heats up nicely and browns the food well ....nice surface to cook on

It heats up fast, cooks evenly and quickly, The only problem I had was frying bacon, with the grease trap, not being able to contain all the grease. So I won't fry bacon or fatty meats on it.

I love this griddle I really love the aluminium coating. Its easy to clean.

For the price bought, I love using this griddle for cooking breakfast items, especially pancakes. It also cooks faster with the dials being in three digits vs. one digit. The best part, it is easy to clean.

I ordered this unit to replace an older style one that I had. The main issue I encountered with my older style unit is that the griddle did not have an anti-stick coating making the top of the unit to slowly chip away. This ceramic/copper is perfect, I got it when it was on sale and I have to say it's definitely worth the money. I've had this for a couple of months now and this is my experience: Pros: - Quality build; cord seems well made and has a nice weight to it - Has that anti-stick coating which helps cleanup -Perfect Size Cons: -Cord size is a bit small; so you're limited on the placement of this. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

VERY GOOD PRODUCT, IT IS BIGGEST OF THE STANDARDS IN THE MARKET AND THE FINISH OF THE COPPER HAS VERY GOOD QUALITY, HEATS VERY FAST, IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO WAIT TO USE IT.

So far very very pleased with the Griddle. We got it at 50% off. It is easy to use. Cooks well and cleans up nice. We will see how well it holds up over time as it will be used daily.

this thing works great. perfect size for 2 I can make an entire breakfast on this thing. even though it is non-stick use some cooking spray anyway. Those eggs won't stick!
