I was quite skeptical about the copperware at first. But when I bought this griddle, I was pleasantly surprised. It heats up pretty quick and have large enough cooking area. The cleaning was definitely easy. Just wipe off with paper towel.

This was on sale so I got one for myself now everybody I know wants one. It is a breeze to clean and nothing sticks. The best for pancakes. This gets so much use.

I've had 2 of these the 1st one i used for a few months and the cooking spray would build and lose it's non stick ability. Broke the 1st by dropping it. I bought the 2nd on sale but read the instructions. They do not suggest using cooking spray. Has been working great I've cooked many things without using oil at all
