    We’ve tried various air popcorn poppers of late but none popped the majority of popcorn placed in the popper (the last popper we tried failed to pop 50% of the popcorn used). This popcorn popper, however, Bella’s Hot Air Popcorn Maker (red), is by far the BEST we’ve encountered!! The majority of the popcorn pops so there are few remaining kernels in the machine following popping. We always use fresh popcorn so there’s no difference in popcorn used in this machine versus others. Note, this is an air popper, which is what we want, so no oil is used in the chamber when popping the popcorn. There’s an on/off switch for added convenience. Excellent machine!!

    The hot kernels fly all over the place no matter how little you put in the chamber. It’s a royal pain and nothing like the older version of this was. I thought I could save money instead of buying microwave all the time but this is way too messy.

    I love having an air popper again. I used microwave popcorn for a few years, but it was greasy. This popper is just as fast, if not faster than the microwave. I can spray it with cooking spray to help the salt / seasoning to stick to the kernels. By using the spray, I get all of the flavor without the greasy mess and fat.
