Works Great--Easier than Instructions Warn
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I read the instruction manual and was so worried about the heat that they warned about that I put the whole unit in a pyrex bowl, stood back, a little scared. The unit gave off heat suddenly, but the base was just warm--touchable. It worked great. Popped all but about 2 kernals. Wasn't loud. Perfect. I'm so satisfied not to have to use oil anymore.

Nice little hot air popcorn maker

The air can get pretty hot and the flow is quite strong - if the batch is too small, the kernels will be blown out. The chute helps guiding the popped corns out but a container of sufficient size diameter might be needed to catch them without fail.
