Poor design

I would have to watch it and tilt it forward to help clear the chute. One day I wasn't watching it close and I heard a large pop, the motor had blown up because of the full chute. Owned it a couple weeks.

wastes perfectly good popping corn

The un-popped corn at this point is too hot to touch and difficult to separate from the popped corn. By the time you finish your bowl of popcorn and try to re-pop the un-popped corn most of them are un-popable.

Not the popcorn maker you’re looking for

The power switch was broken on the first, and the next two burned the kernels because it got too hot but the fan didn’t blow fast enough. Seems like a mixture of bad quality control and mediocre design. Pass on this one.

It has been a while since I popped corn in this way. After doing so I remembered that poppers had a flap on the front. This keeps the kernels in until they start getting popped. This spits kernels out all over the place. It only pops around half of the kernels that you load it with. I read and followed the directions so I know it was not overloaded with kernels.

No shipping packaging…item returned

It arrived on time, however it was not boxed or sealed in any way…not even the little circle tape that is usually on boxed merchandise. The box just had a shipping label on it and that was it. Since the popcorn goes into the main part of the popper, there was no way to thoroughly clean it. It will be returned. I hope future shipments are packaged better than this!

Didn't pop and eject so started smoking

Tried again with 1/2 the recommended amount and just popped a little and started smoking too. Scary, don't want a fire, so returned it.

Sucked

I was so looking forward to enjoying this but it sucked. I even tried pooping less but even then it didn’t work.
