I buy all my small appliances here. Never a worry and always shipped fast and packed well. The coffee maker is no exception. It runs as it should and makes great coffee. My only complaint is the light that glows to indicate AM/PM, makes me think the coffee maker is on when it's not. Great value on a very reliable product.

Gets the job done

I don’t use the basket included but makes a decent cup of coffee with just a regular filter. I prefer a stronger cup of coffee which doesn’t really do unless a use a little more coffee which is ok with me, instead of using the Included basket filter.

My coffee pot stopped working and I needed a new one asap. This 12 cup programmable is excellent for my needs. I really love the ease of programming for fresh coffee to wake me in the morning.

Good if you finish your coffee within 2 hours

Like the timer to turn it in at desired time but did not like the auto turn off feature as it turns off after 2 hours and no way to change the settings
