    I believe this idem to be about 4.5 stars. Everything is good except when the pot is full of coffee is very hard to pour into your mug without making a small mess. The are where you pour the water is kind of hard because the arm to the lid is there. You have to pour slowly or you will make a water mess.

    Got a very good deal on this coffee pot, price-wise - even used my Best Buy points for a lot of it! It is quite attractive on the kitchen counter and we really like the programming feature. The only very small issue I've encountered, is you have to make sure the filter cup is in there fitted well, or else the coffee doesn't drip through and it could be a mess. Overall, happy with the purchase
