    We found this product does not work well. Coffee grounds clog up or overflow after repeated cleanings. We have had to take apart and clean every part. Was very inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. Would not purchase or recommend.

    I returned this coffee pot because coffee and grinds overflowed into my counter twice. The basket that holds the filter has to be place in the unit just so. I guess I am not precise before I've had my first cup. And it did not have a window that showed the water level.
