    Instructions are terrible I’m not that happy with this model. It’s really cheaply made The function button order is weird too . Better off with a Mr Coffee.

    This was a replacement for a mister coffee that went bad. It only lasted a year.

    Easy to use coffee machine. Coffee doesn’t stay hot or warm. I missed having regular ground coffee, but this wasn’t the machine for that.

    It might be okay, but mine had a cracked plastic water reservoir so I had to return it.

    Not very happy with this product. Water pours all over the counter when filling the well. Coffee pours all over if you try to make 12 cups.

    It makes coffee

    The only nice comment I can make is it makes hot coffee and keeps it hot until the auto shutoff kicks in. The LCD display is not illuminated and is very small, so it's basically useless unless you have a flashlight and magnifying glass. The carafe looks and feels like it is made of very thin glass. There is no display area for the water in the tank. It has no rubber feet, just plastic nubs. The power cord is very short. I should have purchased another Black and Decker coffee maker.

    I have only had this coffee pot for about one months and it has already stored working. I turned it on one morning added the coffee and water and when I went to Gerry some it never brewed.

    Bought this coffee maker online, it was shipped to us broken. Because of COVID we were not able to return it and we are probably Stuck with A broken coffee maker. Very dissatisfied.

    Does not work. Once plugged for a few minutes in the warming plate is cold to the touch. I have left it one for the whole 2 hours and nothing happens.
