    It does the job and the handle on the filter basket makes emptying the filter out while it is hot, so you don't have to deal with it later. I don't really care for the red and green lights for AM and PM (different colored lights would have been better to avoid confusion). You have to make sure the lid is closed shut, but once you do that the coffee maker does great in making coffee. This works perfect for us!

    My Grandmother uses this every single day. She’s 85 and the only problem she’s ever had is there isn’t a see through water fill line. She fills the water from a Brita water filtering container. So with no see through full line she now has to pour from the Brita container to the coffee pot and then the coffee pot to the actual reservoir on the machine. It just makes sense if there could have been a visible line. Other than that she loves it. Easy to set up and easy to program daily.
