Very poor quality

The first one the on-off switch was broken when removed from box. This one you can't set the time as the control panel is defective. On the plus side it does make coffee.

Not working for me
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The timer to program the coffee to come on in the mornings does not work. I have to press the on off button to make the coffee. I`ll have to purchase another coffee maker and just keep this for a spare.

Cheap coffee maker didn't last more than 6 weeks
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this coffee maker online for a discounted price of $14.99 and picked it up at the Best Buy in the Bergen Town Center in Paramus, N.J., on Nov. 9. It stopped working on Dec. 23 -- made brewing noises but water in reservoir never boiled and didn't enter basket with ground coffee. The procedure for invoking the warranty is to mail the coffee maker back to Bella ad paying postage and insurance. Fuggetaboutit. It's heading for a recycling event and I'll buy a Mr. Coffee, which I've found to work for years, not months. In this case, when you buy item at a price that seems too good to be true, it is. I'll continue to buy cheap coffee makers -- not from Bella -- and spend my money on organic coffee.
