Overcooked coffee

CAME BROKEN
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was a gift for Mother's Day. Package it came in was torn & crumbled in the corner. Coffee machine appeared to be intact until I ran water through it for the initial clean and it poured out everywhere. There were broken pieces of "said" machine inside the coffee maker. Packed it back up & took it back to Best Buy within the hour. Customer Service at the store could care less. Horrible experience all around. Will not purchase from Best Buy again!
