    The toaster part works well. But it seems everything I put in it, bagels or English Muffins, stick to the rails while it cooks. So when it is time to pop up, it gets stuck in the lowered position. I have to pop the bread off the side rails to get the spring mechanism to pop the toast up, in order to get it out.
