The fit and finish is excellent, looks great and works even better than I expected at that price point! It works much better than the name brand toaster I am replacing and definitely works much better. I must say, the first toasts I put in there got burned, it is much more powerful and at level 2.5 it will toast at the level you see in the pics.

Q: QuestionShould I be concerned that the plastic in the Bella toaster model BLA14466 is not BPA free? The other toaster that I’m considering is the Proctor Silex model 22215 with a similar price and it is BPA free.

- A:Answer Maybe.....although you buy another one that is BPA free, if it has plastic, it probably will be BPS, which is not as concentrated as BPA, but your body more readly absorbs the BPS. Should look for one that has no plastic if you are concerned about any type of Bisphenol

- A:Answer The cord is a bit on the short side and comes out from the side. The outer sides do not get hot

Q: QuestionHas anyone used the bagel button and does it work? I have a Bella toaster now and the bagel button doesn't work. It doesn't matter which way you but the bagel in, both sides get toasty!

- A:Answer I have used the bagel feature several times. The Bella toaster toasts my bagel on BOTH sides. In essence, it's not a TRUE bagel toaster. I recommend adjusting the number when toasting a bagel -- use No. 1 (however, it will still toast both sides). If you own a toaster oven and only want 1 side of your bagel toasted use a toaster oven. This will resolve the issue.

- A:Answer You have to manually push up the lever. The Bella toaster will not automatically "boost" up your toast (bread)
