A: IT IS A STANDARD TWO PRONG PLUG.
Q: Is this a cool touch toaster?
A: NO! The toaster gets very "HOT" on the outer cover sides. I would not allow children or shaky handed adults to use this toaster. It will melt the bread bag if it gets close to sides. Even if you use the push up extension lever, it is still very hot on top and does not really elevate to a safe level.
Q: Does it only toast one side of a bagel like another brand offers?
A: The bagel feature toasts both sides.
