Breville - the 'A Bit More 4-Slice Long-Slot Toaster - Stainless Steel

I gave it a five star for the performance of the toaster. I could have given a three star because I was literally LITERALLY a day away late to return/exchange the toaster because Best Buy Policy only give you 14 days to return/exchange. I wanted to get another one because of the slider to adjust the timing of the toast. That handle piece broke off after the fifth uses. Just surprised and shock. I called the Best Buy store in Sherman Oaks (where I bought it) and they wouldn’t take my product for an exchange because I was one day past to ‘their policy return/exchange date’. I am now using a screwdriver to adjust the ‘toast timer’ a bit more or a bit less. I am not happy with the design of the ‘adjuster’ toaster. Three star for the ‘Best Buy return/exchange Policy’ not toward to the staffs/workers. The workers did a great job helping me out and they get the 5 stars.

Solid toaster with consistent performance. It heats evenly, toasts bread well, and feels sturdy and well-made. The settings are easy to use, and it handles different bread types better than basic toasters. It’s a bit of a splurge compared to standard models, but the quality and reliability make it worth it overall.

The toaster was purchased as a Christmas gift to my wife. She told me the next morning after using it, "I love my new toaster, thank you, it is so easy to use and makes great toast."

I originally had a Belle because I didn't want to spend a lot on a toaster. However, it didn't make the toast how I liked it. I ended up not using it as much and selling it. My husband convinced me to get toaster. I love the "a bit more" setting. I have made bagels and toast in the Breville. I love it. It also looks nice in my counter top. I am not a fan of the counter top accessories. However, I use this so often. It only makes sense to give it a permanent home on the counter. I've had this item a little over a month and use it almost daily. I highly recommend this product.
