Caution with raisin bread/english muffins etc.

Pulling up on lever does not raise small bread slices or english muffins enough to remove safely. Have to unplug or use a toothpick to remove without burning self.

Very classy looking

If one side was golden brown toasted, the other was almost burnt. I did end up returning it and purchasing a new one.
