Can’t use on the same outlet as the microwave. Tried making toast and warming up coffee at the same time and it pulled too much power. Moved to an outlet in it’s own. No problems since then.

Don't buy this item, very fragile.

The lever switch when pushes down to switch on just don't work anymore. When I returned to Bestbuy for replacement, Bestbuy just don't like to replace because it lapsed more than 2 weeks already, supposed to be returned in 2 weeks only. There is a 2 years warranty to the manufacture written to its brochure but when you contact the number given, it says the number dialed is no longer in service. I bought this toaster because it's the cheapes. That makes attractive to buy.
