It was fairly easy to use & does exactly what it said it would. My bread comes out toasted

It was a little confusing at first to get used to how to operate this new toaster.

Compact and efficient. Safely toasts frozen slices and usable straight out of the box.

I live it so freaking much. It is so freaking awesome dude.

This toaster looks sharp and expensive. But, alas, it does not work right! 1.Most importantly, it does not pop up the toast/bagel/muffin enough to retrieve it. I always need to use a knife or fork to pry the item out. ALWAYS. 2.Also, it does not toast the bagel correctly. It toasts both sides. ALWAYS. 3. Lastly, it toasts however it wants, not necessarily what you program. ALWAYS. All in all, a very unsatisfying product. I cannot recommend it except for its looks. I should have returned it, but I guess I was hoping I could live with it, and now it's too late.

Do not buy . Regardless of setting it burned my bagels. Ive since thrown it out and replaced it with a slightly more expensive cuisinart. It looked better than it worked.

Toaster worked as expected and looked nice, but it stopped roasting in the middle of both slots shortly after 1 year of light use. So now we have to get a new toaster….

Stopped working at full potential after a few uses. Probably the toaster with the shortest lifespan I have ever had.

Never cooks the same twice, bagel setting still cooks both sides, impossible to get an English muffin out without using plastic tongs.

Bagel setting does not work.,........ And telling me that I have to have a 50 character minimum on a toaster that doesn't work I'm just going to sit here and ramble on but it doesn't function the way it supposed to!

Even with the dial on setting 1 and the toaster on the frozen setting it actually started my toaster scramble on fire and set the fire alarms off in my apartment. I used this toaster for just shy of a month and honestly playing the slot machines are more consistent than this toaster. Utter trash.

Toasts uneven, Does not toast the piece of bread evenly, One side toasts hotter than other making one side have a burn spot . Lousy toaster. It will end up in the trash.

Used it twice and then it quit working. Had to buy a new one. Black and Decker this time.

Mechanism to lift toast on the right side was defective - much lower than the left. Returned it.

We really tried to like this, but between a setting of 1.5 (no toasting, just dries out) and 2 (burnt) there's no happy medium. I'll send this to ecycling and consider it a lesson well-learned - don't buy a toaster from a TV store.
