There are several people in he house using it and it’s gets plenty of daily use and keeps on going. Easy to set, easy to clean.

Good Toaster

It gets really hot on the outside. Also, if toasting bagels or english muffins it doesn't come up to help get them out - so if you like burning your finger, its perfect. So, it's not ideal but it does look good on the counter. Will probably return it if I can...if not maybe I'll put it up for adoption.
