1st product originally purchased did not function correctly in 'Bagel Mode' but very happy with the exchange replacement -- Best Buy was good about making exchange

it was nice, however i am alittle disappointed that it seems like it doesnt pop up high enough to grab a english muffin.

Toaster has performed as expected. I would give it 5 stars however the buttons are hard to activate.

Not sure what all you can say about a toaster, but here goes, it heats up very quickly and toast everything from bagels, waffles, to bread :), got different setting for the style of toasting you want, and a cancel button as well, great toaster

Does its job perfectly. This toaster is light weight and has a nice appearance. I bought this because my toaster oven dried out the bread when making toast. The toast comes out just right.

I bought this toaster then, went home and fell asleep. Next morning I woke up and made a sandwich with the bread I toasted using this toaster. The sandwich was great!

It does what its supposed to do nothing fancy here. Only complaint is that it doesnt bring bread high enough to pull out easy.

It is a great product. The only thing is the heat adjustment, if you are using a normal bread dont use the medium as that too will burn the bread. Use the low level. This information is not clear in the manual.

A very good toaster for the money. bought this as a replacement and glad I did! Good looking toaster that works well! I really like the "bagel" setting and use this daily!

This is the perfect toaster for us. It accommodates a variety of thicknesses of different breads including bagels. The controls accurately toast from the lightest of toasts to the darkest - although we've never burned anything in it. It cleans easily and looks good on our counter with our stainless appliances.

Great toaster so far. Looks good on counter and gets the job done. I do find if you move the dial too close to 2 or above you’re gonna get very crunchy toast but all in all satisfied with my purchase.

Got this toaster to replace our old toaster. We have loved it so far. Big slots for bagels which my brothers love. Beyond that it is what you would expect of a toaster. We have no complaints and our toasted bread it properly crispy.

It beats having to make toast in the over or on the stove..dont take very long.. if you want a toasted sandwich.. perfect to get the job done.. you adjust it so your toast won't be to crispy

Oh, I love this toaster!! It toasts my bread and is wide enough for my bagels!! The settings are so precise that I have it exactly set on how I want my toast and bagels and it is perfect everytime!!

Goes well in my new kitchen and stainless steel appliances (also from Best Buy). I love it. It toasts well, has various settings, and I can use with thick slices of bread.
