First off this is ceramic and I feel much better about using ceramic coating instead of Teflon as I believe there's some health disadvantages to teflon. As for the interface, it really is excellent. You have one basket not two, but the digital controls are excellent! This is something that I did not have on the previous model, which was mechanical. You also have the ability to do far more than air frying, including dehydration and reheating, there are also two other functions. So far, it works great, really impressed and I love again the digital display as it's a big improvement. Also I like the stainless steel exterior as it matches my kitchen appliances and it's nothing that I have to put right away if I want to leave it out on the counter. Overall if you can get this on sale for the right price I think you'll be very happy, I don't know if necessary to pay the MSRP, but if you can get this on sale there's no reason why you won't get your money's worth. If someone's looking for an air fryer, I would recommend this model to a front door family member.

I had a smaller one before and I don’t know why but the food comes out tasting better from this one. The controls are a little picky when trying to change the time or temperature. I touch the screen and it either doesn’t register or it is really slow. It’s not too difficult to deal with so I’m happy with it overall.
