Ultimately I had to return the product. It was also very noisy. Ultimately was disappointment because I love the Bella products

IT DOES NOT WORK. I have tried everything, including reseating the water resevior over 300 times. Nothing I have read online works. I am furious. Not only did i waste money ive waster and entire evening.

Bella Pro is Better than I expected!

So I read through the instructions thoroughly and They were very straight forward and easy to understand.

I figured it may be a defective so I went back and exchanged for another one. Again, it worked fine first couple of months and died on me again. So I definitely would not buy this again.
