Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The coffee is quite decent but it is not really hot and you get dripping after finishing a brew, or dripping from the brewer head while running the steam wand. I find that the coffee puck always ends up with a watery pool when removing the basket from the head after brewing. So I would not buy it again.

WORST COFFEE MACHINE ON EARTH- STAY AWAY- Dont BUY

This machine is literally awful and an actual piece of junk. It shouldnt even be sold as it gets jammed and can cause an explosion from the overwhelming trapped steam/hot water not able to leave. This machine by default didnt produce good espresso, but awful muddy water. I have been drinking espresso for decades and can say this was my worst experience EVER. Please DO NOT buy this product and spend a few bucks more on quality. this junky machine will be in the garbage very soon. If BELLA is reading this, you can keep your garbage :)

Too loud
