The only thing bad to say is that I cant find another Porta-Filter to use on this machine.

Owned for three months and finally took it out of the box and it doesn’t work. Of course, can’t return. Turn power on, and it lights up. When I press the buttons, I can hear the pump start inside. But it never takes the water out of water holder in the back. Never makes any coffee and the steamer does the same thing. Press the button and turn the steamer, and nothing. No pressure. No water being taken from the reservoir. Overall. A bad product.

The so called steamer works, but barely. Right when I was looking into returning it, the the machine was past its returned date lf 30 days. About the same quality as hotel room coffee maker. Cheap plastic and overall not worth the $150 i spent.

I ended up exchanging it for the “slim” version with the same specs and that once works great. This model would have been kept but was too large to fit comfortably on my counter space

I've tried running 20 or so cycles with water and water+baking soda and it still smells. Sad I've wasted money and I'm adding to the landfill.
