Broke down in less than a month of use. Made huge espresso shots very cheaply made parts. You get what you pay for

Very hard to use. I can’t seem to figure it out you would think it has a couple buttons so no problem but no it’s far more complicated.

I’m so disappointed I couldn’t get this machine to work. I followed all the instructions for first time use and it doesn’t work. I bought this back in July & only was able to try it in October so it was too late to return. Now I’m stuck with a defective item :(

I honestly don’t like it , it makes more then 2 shots and it honestly makes my ice coffee Nasty I tried other brand coffee but it’s just the machine

Heating element broke within a year. Product was used once a week.

The steam shoots out a cup of hot water. If you're lucky you'll get steam.

Don't waste your money on this piece of metal The coffee portions are not adequate. The coffee is very watery, even though the amount produced is one to two ounces.

Just purchased this. Set it up today and attempted to use it following the included directions in the product manual and it does not work at all. Item will be returned, and I will be choosing a different brand for a replacement.

The coffee tasted terrible, and the unit leaked from the bottom. I should’ve listened to the other bad reviews. This is just a cheap generic coffee maker.

The pressure was horrible I don’t know if it mine was defected but when I click to make the coffee in 2 seconds stop and the amount of coffee was equivalent a 5 ml(like spoon of medicine )I thought it was the tight coffee I lose it nothing , try with just water same thing even when I make the set up to get it started with just water do the same thing so after many attempts I return it

Not worth the money. The heating system is too small. Can't make multiple drinks unless you wait on the machine.

Kinda difficult to operate it the texture od the expresso was good but the machine it’s complicated

Just bought it ans the coffee always taste like olastoc, even though you do the prewash as the instrictions says.

No matter how much I cleaned it I had a chemical smell coming off of it.

Followed instructions upon opening to prime pump water never came out the front ever, water would come out the steamer but never the shot area. Troubleshooted and looked up more info and video it never worked

Glass came broken, upon return they were out of stock.

It's great for when i'm traveling, but the steam does not get hot enough

This thing did not work good at all, but the return at Best buy was so easy. Switching between to steam it would send steaming hot water into your fresh brewed espresso.
