Had to replace a similar coffee maker that broke down. Looked at a couple of other big stores, couldn't find a similar one. Walked into Best Buy looking for something else and happened to see this. Working great and cheaper than other products with less features.

I needed a new coffee maker and liked the look and the fact that it’s 14 cups. I really enjoy the fact that you can decide how strong you want your coffee. Other then that it was low cost, pretty, and does the job.

Seemed a great buy, has alot of nice features, reusable filter, 14 cup, it's programable but it lasted less than 2 weeks. Best Buy exchanged it(Awesome of them). We will see if this one lasts longer.

This coffee maker is great for dorm students with its automatic turn off switch. It has a digital clock and one can program it as to when to make ones coffee or teas or simply hot water for instant food products requiring hot water.

I bought this on special for 29.99 and I would have bought for full price. The inner filter has save me from grounds going in the pot a few times. It’s always nice being able to wake up and have the pot already made and a timer so I don’t have to worry if I shut it off

Make a perking hot pot of coffee. I noticed my coffee to go in the morning is much hotter than my previous coffee pots made. The timer is nice to let you know how long the pot was brewed. The strength setting works well also.

Works great easy to program auto time is nice you can set for any time and set for how long you want the coffee to stay hot shows how long coffee has stayed on after brewing only thing is the lid doesn’t come off when cleaning

Lots of features for strength, keep warm, program start. Does everything but make my eggs and toast. Heard others complain that there is no replacement carafe, this unit replaced my old B&D, I saved the old carafe and it fits perfectly.

Love the coffee maker, easy to use and coffee is hot. I like the longer hold time before shutting off. I didn’t give a 5 because I left a message on CC about getting a second coffee pot and never heard back from them

We needed a coffee machine that would make 4 cups or 14 cups. This machine is easy to use, we set it to go on in the morning and we have coffee when we wake up. It looks good and performs well.

This is a great coffee pot. I like that it makes 14 cups. It's my first programmable one. I've always used bunns.The only problem I've had so far, is changing the time, after it is already set.

Bought on Black Friday. Highly recommended to anyone

I replaced a perfectly good Ninja coffee maker with this one because we needed a 14 cup carafe. The coffee maker has great features, looks nice, and brews well but the coffee just isn't hot enough.

This was a great find. Good price for excellent quality! I was impressed by how hot it kept the coffee & love the feature on the screen that says how long the coffee has been sitting there since brew time. Highly recommend!

Bought two 14 cup coffee makers on a flash sale; we drink more than 12 cups so got one for the house and one for the beach condo. Got added bonus blue tooth speakers as part of the deal. Work as expected

I absolutely love this coffee Pot, This is a my second Bella Coffee Pot, My first Pro Series, the other a lower end model Simply said it exceeds my expectations With out hesitation I would recommend this product

Bella maker is fantastic value. It's not ultra crazy expensive and it's not some cheap one either. This this has features galore, large capacity and comes with a reusable filter cartridge that is easy to wash.

The overrall functionality of the coffee maker is excellent. However, there are a few flaws. Flaw #1 You have to reprogram your clock and the brew time every time you unplug it. It would be nice if the darn thing came with a cmos battery for the clock to keep the settings safe after unplugging the power cord. This type of battery is inexpensive and very effective for this purpose. Flaw #2. The glass coffee pot broke very easily after accidentally bumping it into the spicket when trying to wash it, it just shattered. It be nice if the coffee pot is made out of a stronger glass. These two upgrades will definately put this coffee maker as one of the best coffee makers on the market.
