Good Coffee - Some Buttons Don't Work

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Brews a good cup of coffee, like that it has the capability of brewing up to 14 cups for when guests are over. 2 stars taken off for: 1) If you plug it in and make coffee WITHOUT setting the time first, I couldn't set the clock, had to unplug, wait, plug it back in to get the time to set (per instructions you should be able to push the "program" button to reset time, that didn't work). 2) The "Keep Warm" button doesn't work. It will keep coffee warm for 2 hours, per instructions you can press the keep warm button and increase that time up to 4 hours - ya, that button doesn't do anything - I've tried resetting the whole machine a couple of times. It's 75 miles to the nearest Best Buy so it's not worth returning, but it is irritating so I took 2 stars.

I LOVED this coffee pot

Then only 20 days old, the carafe was broken, so I started the search for a replacement. I contacted Bella but was told they don't provide any replacement parts. So $52.99 coffee maker can no longer be used because I can't locate a 14 cup carafe.

Good everyday coffee maker

This certainly fits the bill. Nothing fancy but works well. Allows you to program different strengths on the coffee and the black stainless finish looks great.

Still in great shape after moving from 3 places and works like the first day I bought it. It produces coffee relatively quick and makes a lot. Bella did a great job on the style of this coffee maker, will compliment your kitchen for awhile.
