This is a good toaster. I especially like that it does not beep when the toast is ready. My last toaster was also a good toaster but the BEEP BEEP BEEP got annoying at the end of every cycle. Anyway, back to this toaster...the only issue I have with it is that it runs very hot. I tested it with regular, store bought sliced bread. I started at 3 (of 7) and it was charred and just starting to have that burnt smell. Then I tested it at 1. Toasted, maybe a little light on one side. That means the dynamic functional range of this toaster is actually pretty small...now I get to barely tap it between 1 and 2.5ish to figure out where I need it. Meanwhile, I have no idea what 7 would be for....cooking a frozen pork chop? Melting a polar ice cap?

Purchased when it was on sale. Love that I can finally toast 4 breads at once. Seeing the timer is helpful and always leads to a perfect toast every time. The bagel feature is cool. Sleek looking goes great with my other black and stainless steel appliances. So far so good!

I really like the digital time display it helps me pick the exact timeframe for whatever I’m toasting and have it practically perfect, every time! The dials are smooth and the push down is easy. It’s also fairly lightweight for its size.

We've been using this for a while and love it. It was a great purchase. The lettering on the lower buttons have faded a bit with time but other than that its still in perfect working condition and is so easy to use.

This was brought as a replacement for the black stainless color that got messed up by my wife. Overall I’ve had no issues wit said product; it performs as it should. The digital countdown is a nice add on. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice 4 slot toaster.

This toaster answers one of life's great mysteries: How long does it take to toast a piece of bread? 3 minutes? 5? 7 minutes? This toaster will provide the answers you seek... and do a great job at toasting bread, bagels, buns, etc! The toaster itself is deceptively light weight. The contrast between the stainless steel sides and glossy black front look great so far have been reasonably resistant to fingerprints. Having two dials to control the temperature is great as it allows each of us to have a side of the toaster configured as we like. No more under/over cooked toast because someone changed your settings, speaking of which - there are 5 clicks between each numbered temperature setting allowing you to really fine tune your level of browning. One thing that I thought was ever so slightly disappointing is that the cord management could be better. That aside, this is a great toaster.

I am really enjoying this toaster. I used to have Black & Decker before but that doesn't come even close to this product. There hasn't been a single incident where bread got burnt and I love the digital display. It's also easy to clean. Highly recommended.

Having the actual time for each side and setting adjustment is a game changer! All toasters should have this because it allows us to know exactly how long to toast to get the perfect outcome each time instead of guessing and hoping we don’t burn our food!

I love this toaster. The slots are nice and wide so I can fit everything in it. I love being able to know how many minutes and seconds are left until my item is toasted. Plus it looks so fancy and was an awesome price for such a premium toaster.

Toasts thick bagels with no problem! Exactly how my son likes it! Spacious inserts and lights up beautifully!! Has a count down for the length of the toast!! Absolutely amazing it’s like a race to see what you can get done until the toasts pops up! Haha

This is a great toaster! It's compact yet holds 4 slices and we love the flexibility for varying cook times. love the look. It's very easy to use and and we got it on a great sale price too.

Great toaster! It looks good and works perfectly. Excellent price point. Should have purchased a toaster cover to help maintain its beautiful appearance. I highly recommend this toaster because of it’s easy to use and dependable.

Excellent Toaster! we have needed a toaster for a while and this one works great. No more pushing down for 1 and a half times and you can see how many seconds your toast is cooking. Very pleased with this toaster.

Excellent toaster, was looking for a 4 slice toaster. When I came across this toaster it was on sale, and it has a digital timer. It doesn't look or feel cheap. I consider this a good buy if anyone is looking to upgrade their toaster.

This is the best toaster we ever had! It toasts bread perfectly and has a timer that gives you an idea of how long it will take! It’s also beautiful in appearance and looks great on your counter! I highly recommend this product!

Got it on sale for pretty good price, nice looking toaster. I use ride side more than the left and after over a year I still smell like burning plastic from using the left side. Overall does it’s job pretty well.

Works great! Easy to use and clean. Well worth the price. I would definitely buy again. I love that you can make more than two pieces at a time. All the setting work great.

This I the best toaster I have ever used. It actually browns the bread evenly on both sides and the digital countdown is very handy. Also the wide slots accommodates bagels and English muffins nicely.

We purchased this toaster because it was 4-slice and it had wide slots to accommodate bagels. It toasts well, and the timer feature is nice, but the cancel, defrost, and bagel buttons do not work. They literally do not respond, no matter how many times, or how hard you press them. Furthermore, if you are lucky enough to get it to respond, the bagel button does nothing - both sides still toast. I definitely would not purchase this toaster again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Keep looking.
