The finish isn’t durable!

It took us awhile to stop joking about it! The really bummer is actually the finish on the toaster, we’ve had it for a year and for $65 you’d think the buttons wouldn’t have already worn off or that the finish wouldn’t have started to stain and warp. It almost looks like it’s covered in grease spots that can’t be wiped away! Still-the toaster does toast, so on that account it works great, but considering I bought this so that the toaster would also serve as some nice counter eye candy it is slacking quite a bit. Go with something cheaper!

Good toaster but one big flaw

My only complaint is all the writing has faded and I have had the toaster for 9 months- not happy about that! You have to find the general area to press since the letters are gone and you can’t always remember which one is bagel and frozen. The company needs to use permanent ink!

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought this toaster would work better than my other one that when ever it was set on a certain darkness setting it would change due to the vibrations when popping up, this one when you set it, it stayed where you set it but it toasts unevenly on the two sides of the toast. I thought that was odd so I returned this particular one and tried a second one but it did the same thing so I returned it also and gave up on this brand.

It doesn’t turn on anymore so kind of defeats the purpose of why I have this toaster to toast more than two pieces of bread kind of annoying and now I have to go buy another toaster.

- A:Answer It’s cool touch on the panel where the controls are at. On top it will be hot from the heat so I’d avoid placing fingers there
