I brought this digital unit to replace and older rotary unit and so far after a few months i am very pleased. Meat such a chicken breast and thighs seems to cook much better without drying out.

I have had the Bella Pro Series-6.3-qt. touchscreen Air Fryer for a couple of weeks now. I love it. You really can get the crispness of fried food and not all the oil. I'm slowly trying new things. Last night-egg rolls-delicious and crisp. May try pork potstickers next to go with lo-mein noodles. Chicken wings/fried chicken? The fryer has a large capacity basket and is very easy to clean. I love the touch screen display. I love also that you can check the cooking progress by pulling the basket out to check. Great purchase.

So far so good! Cooked egg rolls from freezer to perfection! Really impressed with it. Will try pizza next. Much larger than I expected.
