A: I would say go with the color that fits your gift recipient(s) other appliances or kitchen scheme. But I bought the black. As for the tray rusting, I haven't noticed anything with mine. But keep in mind, this is just normal metal, if it's not dried properly after exposed to water from foods, it WILL rust no matter what.

A: Yes. In perfect circles. A defect the company doesn't do anything about.

A: Yes it will, we had a great ribeye for dinner. You have to practice with it first so you might make a well done steak on your first try lolz
