Teflon tray peeled after first use. Otherwise the interface is easy to use.

I finally had to see what the air fryer craze was about. I tried this unit and I am just not seeing the magic. It took three times as long as the toaster oven to cook Tater Tots. Well, I gave up at 42 minutes. They still were not magically delicious. Other trials yielded disappointments. I followed directions exactly except for cooking longer than prescribed. Thank you for your return policy, Best Buy.

Bought this to replace another air fryer that was damaged in a move. It works as it should but I liked the ease and features of previous one better so I returned this one.

Air fryer works well for getting meals crispy, but when using other functions such as bake or broil it does not work.

I’ve only had this for a couple of weeks and have absolutely loved it! After the fourth or fifth time of hand washing it, however, I noticed the the crisping tray had started to flake. After a couple more washes, with a gentle sponge, the tray looks like trash. No idea what’s going on with it but pretty bummed. It’s been awesome otherwise.

The fryer works as expected but parts and support are non-existent. The fry was purchased less than a year ago, but the rubber slips on the pan broke. I contacted customer support four times in a span of 5 months, with limited response with no resolution. The final response by CS was that it was not covered by the 2 year warranty and directed me to purchase accessories through Amazon. Good luck if you expect CS for this product.

Wouldn’t turn on. I was so excited to use, but ended up getting another model as a gift. But it was on sale for a good price.

The air fryer pan feels very deliquet the material doesnt feel durable

Purchase this since everyone raved about it. Personally did not like how the food turned out would rather use an oven

It is very good-looking air fryer. It is noisy and it needs a little wiggling to connect.

I have a much larger Air Fryer that I also received as a test product and had zero complaints except the space that it takes up on the counter. My first impression and wow factor were that the Bella Pro takes up relatively little counter space, is pretty, and makes really good eats. The other unit we clean and stow after every use to keep our counters clear and tidy in our smaller than average kitchen. However, with the Bella's styling it cooks almost the same amount as the larger one in a faction of the space. This said we did not always take full advantage of our other air fryer since most of the time it was put away. Again, not the case these days because the Bella is about the size of a coffee maker and since it is big enough to feed our family of four in a single use, we just leave it on the counter. It also offers a sleek presentation with a gloss black with stainless silver like trims that all really pop when illuminated from the back glow of the touch pad panels. Our two favorite items that we make & probably eat way too often are lemon pepper wings, chicken nuggets, & grilled ham cheese sandwiches. I have made some other items that are more robust and healthier but honestly having the Bella front and center with such ease to use makes our busy schedules that little bit easier. You can just throw in a sandwich or wings and within minutes have a hot and super crispy (or however you want) meal without all the grease or mess to clean up. We love it and I would highly recommend to anyone and plan on getting one for a loved one for Christmas.

Good buy but pretty loud! Hope it doesn’t breakdown - let’s see how it holds up!

Can not get my food the way I expected. Maybe after some more attempts, it will.
