A: It's so Best Buy can clear the shelfs at this great price! If a review is well written, its not a regular user. Plus all the "situational" responses are a huge flag specially when they alllll fed a family of 6! Don't buy this based on 6 fake reviews, buy it, try it, return it if its sucks like their customer service. #RealTalk
Q: The silicone tabs broke and was wondering where can I get a replacement?
A: I've encountered the same problem with only 1 tab remaining. I called customer service and asked where I could get a replacement grill pan and they told me to go to Amazon. Have not been able to find anything to fit this air fryer. Too bad, I love it but the tab design is terrible.
Q: Do the product leave an after taste?
A: Once you do the burning off process, it’s much better. My first attempts were unpleasant to smell. Before cooking with it, wash the basket and tray. Then, run it at air fry 400 degrees for 40 minutes, rest it for 15 minutes, then repeat this process three more times. After that, oil the basket and tray (use a paper towel or spray with non-aerosol oil spray) and run at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. This did the trick for me to burn off any residual odors, and my food after that tastes fine.

A: The only thing that is in slide out is a tray (which is easy to clean) on the bottom. The slide out is the basket and is not a typical fryer basket like you would find in a normal fryer (with holes/grate).
Q: Can this air fryer cook frozen meat? I’ve seen others than can.
A: I used it to Make pork chops and it came out great and no oil used
