This is a Christmas gift for my daughter. Therefore, I haven’t used it.

Bought it for mom for her birthday. She seems to like it.

The item works wonderfully but the package arrived damaged

used only 5 times, the first 5 times the smell of burned and plastic was not good. I could not even eat the food. not plastic to have the smell. would not buy again

This is my 2nd air fryer of this brand. My first was a gift and lasted 1-year. It died unexpectedly. Ordering my 2nd of same brand the first one came with cracked screen and had to return. Reordered from the store and only after 1 week of barely using the digital screen has a glitch. Very disappointed in spending my money on this.

It has a distinctive smell, that fumes the entire house, while in use. I do not recommend anyone purchase this item. THE SMELL CAUSES ILLNESS!

It arrived via ship to home (as it was not available in store) and appeared fine, but when plugged in for use, the touchscreen was defective, rendering the product completely unusable. I will return it and see whether I should switch to more reliable brand or hope the next one will actually work.

The air fryer worked great until it no longer worked. We have had it less than a month it was purchased on April 16 and gave out today May 10,21. A waste of money!!! So disappointed

Horrible experience with this product. After few months ,the bottom of the basket melted. I've tried to get help from the customer service and they told me there is nothing that they could help with that. Very disappointed...Money wasted. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT

Smells like a factory each time I use it. Had to remodel kitchen to create space for it and it's 400 accessories.

Gives out strange smell to the food. Also couldn’t really figure out many used of this one. Takes a lot of space as well

Very disappointed, I don’t know why these devices are called fryers, mini stove with heater and fin from above, everything becomes dry despite following the recipes, has nothing to do and can never replace a normal fryer, waste of money, stay away! Fortunately, I was able to return it and replace it with a normal real fryer :)

We thought it would work great but the day we next day it is giving error code E02 . We are not really sure what error code it is and we ignored it and waited for few minutes and used it but it keeps repeating same issues and we reliazed that the product is faulty and the returns time is expired. We always trust Best Buy products and we buyed a lot of goods in Best Buy. But now we disappointed by this product:(

Since we got this Bella Pro air fryer we have been cooking our meals or part of our meals in it about every other night. It really is great to cook for two people or a family. The size is perfect and I would not go smaller. I believe this is one of the big ones so it’s perfect for everything you would want. Our favorite thing to make is home made fresh cut French Fries! Wow do they taste like they came right from a pros fryer. We also have been reheating meals like sausage or baked goods. No more toaster oven for us we have the better and perfect replacement.

Never worked .. one side burned one side nothing! Tried flipping through but fries never came looking like the pictures :)

We suspect it was damage during shipping since it didn’t arrive in it’s original box. Maybe that is why we struggle to fully close the tray and even when we do it will shut itself off during cooking. Return window just closed so we’re stuck with it.

It was pretty good while it lasted but a year later it stopped working.

It does what it’s intended to do, but is honestly very difficult to clean.

Not good it was a wedding gift and my daughter and son in law only used it like 5 times and now it’s not working cannot return it because it’s past the return date. Very disappointed. I tried to reach out but no one has given me any info
