Dead on arrival

Arrived broken

But when it's delivered, looks like it's an opened box, even no user menu in it.The machine looks cute, but little bit oisy, not as expected and there is no 20 bars

Eletrical and fire hazard - Leaks water everywhere

No matter what I tried (placing/replacing/tighetining base, looking for obstructions or anything on the other end, etc. etc. an hour or more of troubleshooting) this device leaks water from the bottom. The issue is that you do NOT expect that and all of the sudden you have a pool of water under your electrical device and wetting your whole kitchen counter and other devices with water, etc. etc. You get the picture. My advice: DO NOT BUY for coffee making. But if you want to burn your house down, definitely this may be the perfect device for you.

Pleasantly Surprised!! Get it

Yes it’s s little loud but it uses 20 bars of pressure! You have the Convenience of using fresh coffee single or double or you can use nespresso originals pods I love it!

Never worked, I didn't get to try the coffee maker

I regret ever purchasing the machine' it was a huge waste of time, and returning the product instore was an awful experience. At least I when I did return by mail for the two replacement units it was easier. I really wanted this to work since it had the functionality I was looking for, but three non working units?!!! Not to mention all shipped in tattered boxing. Very disappointed with Best Buy and the manufacturer
