I was skeptical when I bought this machine but it’s turned out to be my go-to coffee maker for the past couple months. It gives you the option to use a porta filter instead of pods giving the machine extra value!

I was excited to get this to try it out. First delivery, parts were missing and no water would come out; basically they sent me a returned item even though I bought as new, Instructions would say repeat steps 4 & 5 (basically turn unit off, wait 2 minutes and try again). Never worked. I returned and got a second one. This was definitely new but same problem!! No water would come out. Had others try and same thing. So I returned it and got me a Mixpresso unit instead which works great!

Received at a very nice discount for Black Friday. Makes single shots, double shots, and Nespresso Virtuo (the smaller, original pods). Definitely a fan of the Espresso shot option, as it makes top notch espresso with freshly ground beans.

Ordered it New in Box and no water would dispense. Spent at least 30-40 minutes trying to make it work. Not worth it.

Just Ok at best. I've been lucky to be able to leave very positive reviews for Best Buy purchases recently but that streak ends here. Spend a few extra dollars and get a real Nespresso machine.

Initial setup wasn't that great. Seemed to have air bubbles trapped internally preventing the water from getting through

Purchase the item, waited for arrival it did not dispense water, very disappointing had to return.

This coffee maker was a gift for my boyfriend and he loves it. So easy to use. And it is perfect if you run out of pods, the expresso mode it so good.

Dead on arrival. It was a Christmas gift to my wife. Such a disappointment that it didn’t work, despite all the recommended troubleshooting. Taking it back for a refund

I bought it because it was on sale but it did not work . I wanted this espresso machine to work so bad that I returned it and bought another one but the second one did not work as well.

The machine was a replacement for the original which was stolen. Item looked like it was a return or refurbished the way the packaging looks. Why do I have to press the selection twice. I will be returning this item asap.

Literally did not work at all. I got it as a gift for someone and they just told me that it didn’t work for them. Now it’s after the return date so I can’t do anything about it.

Worked good for 3 months and started leaking from the front, countertop has to be cleaned every time it leaks, waste of time and money.

It took a really long time to get the machine up and running (we 100% followed the directions). However, now that its running, it's a decent machine. It makes the coffee just fine, albeit quite loudly. I got it on sale, so I'm quite happy with the purchase all things considered. If it's not on sale, though, I'd spend the extra money on a more brand name machine.

This little machine makes a decent cup of coffee, but it is not the same thing as the Nespresso machine. It did serve my purpose to have an extra machine to take on my trip. Pros: coffee with crema Small and portable Cons: small water reservoir Need to use small mug to fit under spout Several steps to get cup of coffee ( look at instructions) No reservoir for empty containers

I just got it yesterday but so far my experience has been good. I was able to successfully brew an espresso shot (and it was good enough for me). The only small issue i faced so far is the first setup. It took me a while to get the machine working even though i followed all the steps exactly. Either the buttons just wouldnt blink at all or would blink and then nothing would happen when i pressed a button. Fortunately it started working the next day and so far i havent had another problem.

Works good! My wife like it. Kind of loud if you ask me but does the job.

This was a gift for a friends home warming. When they opened it the water reservoir was cracked and it does not work. Makes a lot of noise but does lot brew.
