This works pretty good. I have had a few issues with the filter basket getting clogged but it wasn’t too hard to get working again. Once you get used to the correct grind and packing the filter correctly it does make good espresso. Much cheaper than buying pods which is why I bought it.

Tooooo noisy... The vibration is huge. Coffee is okay.

Super small and efficient, not the best but gets work done

No water came out after filling up the water tank and pressing the buttons. Upon receiving, there were yellow-brown spots on the unit. It seemed to be the unit was returned, they re-sold and sent it to me, but they did not clean the unit well and tested if it worked.

I followed instruction to turn it on, it didn't do anything except making loud noise. I had it returned.

I think you get what you pay for, the unit works but sometimes leaks when using a pod.

It uses original nespresso pods, wgich it what i wanted. It makes a great espresso. It also gives you the option of using ground coffee, which is helpful when i dont want to spend the money for pods. Overall, im very pleased and it is a bargain.

11/15/2023 I GOT THE ITEM TODAY AND AFTER USING ALL MY ENERGY FOR AT LEAST 1/2 HR TO OPEN THE BOX, I FOUND OUT THAT SOME PARTS WERE MISSING AS THE CAPSULE AND THE TWO FILTERS ONES. ALSO GOT DUPLICATE ONE OF THE PART. THEN MY NIGHTMARE STARTED CALLING BB AND GET THE MACHINE SCHEDULED BY UPS TO BE RETURNED. FIRST I CALLED THE MANUFACTURER WHO SUGGESTED TO CALL BB. TO MAKE THE STORY SHORT FROM 2H00 PM TO 6H00 PM I DID NOT SUCCEED TO GET BB SCHEDULE A RETURN PICK UP. THEN WHEN I CALLED UPS, THEY SUGGESTED ME TO HAND IT TO THE DRIVER. BB PROVIDED THE LABEL AND THE BOX IS OUTSIDE MY HOME WAITING TO GRAB THE UPS DRIVER. BB NEVER SUGGESTED ME WHAT I FOUND OUT ON MY OWN CALLING UPS. I WON'T RECOMMEND TO BUY AT BB.

Bought this on sale and what can i say.... i love this product!

This product never worked. I had moderate expectations for this as a backup machine (I have other coffee makers, both drip and automatic espresso makers for regular use). However, even after spending hours trying to prime this machine (not a new concept to me), based on others indicating that they had been able to get it working with a lot of effort, I still could not get it to prime the pump. Had to take it back to the store - feel cheated out of the hours of time I put into my attempts to get it to work and then to take it back to the store. Very poor product.

If you can get it in sale totally worth it for entry espresso users!

Thank goodness I read the reviews which warned of receiving a used product. I took the box off the porch and could immediately tell it was used. I’ll be returning it today as I don’t have the time or energy to figure out why the previous owner returned it. If they aren’t advertising that the item is refurbished, whatever issue the unit had could not have been fixed. Shame on Best Buy for the bait and switch.
