Beware of used product.

I took the box off the porch and could immediately tell it was used. I’ll be returning it today as I don’t have the time or energy to figure out why the previous owner returned it. If they aren’t advertising that the item is refurbished, whatever issue the unit had could not have been fixed. Shame on Best Buy for the bait and switch.

Poorly made product

The pump never siphoned water from the reservoir. Didn't get to enjoy a single cup of espresso from this machine. Returned for a refund.

Save me a lot of money

I’ve been using this machine non stop since I bought it. I’ve tried the espresso pods and they’re not that strong for me so I use the ground part and make my iced lattes and love it!

Great! Easy setup problem workaround

Only issue was initial setup, it kept giving me tank low on water error. I removed/replaced full tank multiple times to feed water into machine also unplugged and waited >2 minutes per instructions but still didn't work. I finally remived the tank, picked up machine and gently rotated it on 3 axis to move any air bubbles within the machine's plumbing and it worked.

Not built to last

Exploded because the filter got stuck

Straight out of the box not working
