Little hard to set up, have to prime the water lines first but if you google it you’ll find it! Other than that LOVE IT!

Absolutely the worst espresso machine sounds like a jack hammer was at work in my kitchen

Does not work. Acts as though its priming the water but nothing happens and the lights flash. Tried the reset as company recommended and still doesnt work. Outside of the 15days to return as it was a gift and I didnt even gift the product until 20days after purchse. Very disappointing.

This product never worked out of the box. It would not suction the water and after seeing reviews online, it seems to be a defect that this product has.

So far so good. A little tedious to pull out the adaptor each time but besides that it get the job done and you have options.

Bought it in an open box because it was the last one. Had to return to get a new one since it was for a gift. Great price compared to the real Nespresso !

It does not give 20 bars, pressure is not enough to make good coffee. Terribly works with nespresso pods.do not reccomend to buy, don't waste your money

Delivered for free the same day at 40% off was a great way to start. I was curious to try this machine because I have little space, and my previous espresso machine only had 15 but all the gadgets to make cappuccinos. I roast and grind my own coffee and I only made the machine choke once. I had come to believe it had no limits. It makes an excellent espresso if you don't have $1000 to spend.

We have been super happy with the ease of using the machine and quality of espresso it makes … until today. Seven months after buying, without warning, it started making watery “espresso.” It is not that I am picky and the quality or taste is diminished; the stuff it spits out really is just the product of something wrong with the machine. I have had no success troubleshooting, but will keep trying and then try the warranty. Wish me luck!

I love it! you can use nexpresso pods or lavazza! The best value/price ever!

Got this on sale, worth it at full price, i love the coffee this makes. You can use pods or regular coffee grounds.

Its ok makes good coffee but its not the best obviously

This product is so bad. I bought one and it didn’t work. Went to Best Buy to return it and purchase a new one. Once again, it didn’t work. I gave up on buying a new one because I figured it would be the same issue over and over. Very disappointed

Good for a regular small coffee if you are not a big fancy coffee drinker

The thing never worked, it blinked and blinked but5 never went solid. I trid the unplug and replug and e3xit and e3nter with both trays. I am a bit impulsive, but made me so anxious and frustated i litterally just threw the box in front of bby door before they opened. I have a high intensity job and didnt have time for their lazy roles to open doors.

Machine doesn't seal and destroys pods. Doesn't matter the brand, this machine destroys 3 out of 4 pods. Contacted Best Buy, and got ghosted. Cannot recommend this machine.

I bought two of these machines and set them up however they didn’t work. I looked up videos on how to get them started but neither of them worked. Apparently there’s issues with these machines brand new. Don’t buy them.
