    I purchased this item on line. When I took the product home, I laid out all of the parts to make sure that everything was included. Part C was missing female metal connectors that are pre-assembled at the factory. Without these, you can not fasten the other part to it. I contacted the manufacturer and was told to contact Best Buy. When I contacted Best Buy, I was told that they can either give me a $25.00 credit or I would have to return it to my Best Buy store. What an inconvenience, since all is needed is a few parts. I am going to return it and purchase a TV stand already assembled :o(
