Bought this for the basement and my sons tv he loves it

So pretty in the store, but once we got to putting it together my husband noticed one of the pieces was missing holes for the wood pegs. For $350 I feel like it should at least be manufactured correctly.

The team from Best Buy delivered it and attempted to assemble it at our home. There were parts of it where the holes and the sides that come together didn't match up. The delivery team took it back to the store. We decided not to reorder another one. It looks good set up in the store though.

Do not buy unless you have a drill and are willing to drill your own holes. Do not buy if you want to move this furniture anywhere other than where you built it. Do not buy unless you have extra hardware laying around to supplement the packs they forget to include This manufacturer has the worst quality control I have ever seen. I had two other people take this thing apart and put it back together, along with myself. And regardless of if we went with instructions or not, very few things aligned properly. The screws in the bottom aren't large enough to hold anything, you can pull the screw through the holes they were made for. This renders screws useless. Also, we were missing an entire pack of screws. Completely useless. The first two larger panels that they have you put together in the instruction manual were incorrectly labeled meaning when we were almost done, we had to pull it apart completely to swap them. The brackets that hold this thing together are plastic and flex, so if you push on this thing it sways. Ours sways about three inches side to side. On the back of the TV stand you are supposed to screw in these panels. However, you can't do that unless you have the hand strength of a seasoned carpenter. Or a drill, which they don't specify needing. There are no pre drilled holes on the back. Not only that! But one of the panels doesn't even cover the entire section it's supposed to, no matter which direction you turn it! Again, because of the plastic brackets on this, if you try and move it or lift it, the entire thing creaks because the tiny screws and plastics holding this together are trying to break. Don't buy, look somewhere else. Particle board and plastic shouldn't be trusted to hold up your expensive TVs.

Only giving it a 1 Star, because I can’t give it lower. We spent two hours putting this together, just to find out the holes & door railing were on the base backwards so the upper part of the cabinet would not fit. It was a disaster so we took it back & because it had been over 2 weeks since we purchased it, (even with a receipt) they would only give us in-store credit. Not a good way to retain customers.... so disappointed!

I was fairly happy for the first year or so with this cabinet, but the wood grain is thin paper that's been glued to the boards that make it up, and has begun to flake and tear away. It just makes it look really cheap and crappy really quickly (was hoping for real wood.) Shopping around for a new cabinet now, but feel a bit burned looking back.

My only complaint about this entertainment stand is that the shelves are only 13" deep, which means that I can't fit my Onkyo receiver in it.

Had to return this tv stand. The salesman recommended it when we bought the tv. After getting home we realized it wasn’t even big enough for the size of our tv nor were the shelves accurate for our stuff either. So we returned it before it was even delivered.

It was hard to put together. Not like my last tv stand all I had to do is put the knobs on it

I had to grill a whole for of the dills and bracket to go in they didn't line up for the front facing

Looks great but not all the pieces are completely a match. Also some of the predriilled holes are not in line.

If you’re going to purchase this, I recommend you have Best Buy assemble it for you.

What a colossal mistake in purchasing this tv stand. The build will take hours due to poor instructions and holes that are clearly out of place. Very disappointed.

Very difficult to assemble, took 6 hours to put together.

the cabinet is really pretty once you get it together but doing that is truly a Huge headache... it was very hard to put together and knowing what I do now about this item I would have gladly paid to have it assembled.. THIS WAS A HARD JOB TO COMPLETE...

Got the product and put it together and it looked nice minus the fact that it came with 2 left hand doors. And of course best buy wouldn't do anything about it so now I'm stuck with it.

I bought this so Best Buy when ahead and delivered it and started putting the pieces together. While they were putting this item together they advised me that one of the doors was not aligned correctly and they are able to give me two options either still continue to put the item together but it would be very wobbly and it would not look nice or go ahead and return it And get a new one but there is that slight chance wear the same thing might happen so I went ahead and just returned it and got my money back

I went into the store to see this before ordering it. They didn't have it on display. The Best Buy employee showed me one like it and said it was definitely a brown/red. It arrived and before they put it together, I looked at one of the boards and it was almost black. I refused to keep the item since it would not match the rest of my furniture.
