I ordered Barn Door TV stand. Some cheaper TV that was nothing like what ordered was delivered, I returned and was never given the opportunity to get the stand I ordered. 3 weeks later my $$$ were refunded and the Barn Door TV stand price increased $50. I complained via email with no response. Never again.

This was a horrible product. the little whole that they give you to assemble it, wasn't matching to the regular direction. I paid to much to get a horrible Tv Stand. Some of the pieces didn't even match the picture.

So I bought this for my 75" TV and got it all the way home before reading the box that it wouldn't even hold the weight of my TV. I wouldn't mind the hang over as that's what my current stand has but the weight issue. So brought it back.

The majority of predrilled holes were off, making the overall assembly impossible for it to be aligned correctly, once you start the assembly, it's a huge deal to try to return!

Worst Quality Control ever. Pre drilled holes not even close to lining up. Missing parts. Just bad on very level.

We've had this stand for almost 5 years and it's still in great condition. Quality was great and never had any issues with any damage or color change or anything. Very sturdy and built well!

Good, quality, heavy construction but check your required dimensions before buying. For the size of this you would expect it to be deep as well but I could not fit a couple of my electronic components. I had to modify the back cover by extending it out a few inches allowing things to fit. It was either that or taking the whole thing apart and returning it.

It is definitely not real wood, but the design is great for structure. Would consider this brand again.

Bought it in 2020, 3 years later it completely fell apart! Cheap material!

After picking it up from the store after a few days from ordering online, I had to get some help putting the stand together. I want to inform you that it was poor design in the manufacturing of this stand. 1) The list of goodie bags were incorrectly labeled. One of them even had duplicate letters 2) 10 of the BB brackets were not flush. It resulted in me having to purchase longer bolts from Lowes to secure the stand. 3) The handle for one of the doors was very difficult screwing in because the holes were not drilled correctly to ling up with the angle. 4) All of these deficiencies, resulted in me having to beg my helpers to stay 2 1/2 hours and I had to pay them, along with a run to Lowes to choose the right screws. 5) Overall the issue is with the directions and poor design. I have pictures to give you an idea of what I am talking about. I hope no one else had to endure this painstaking experience. HOWEVER, we made it work and my stand is nicely standing and looks very good in my new living room. After all of that work, I am not taking it back to the store.

We just bought this tv stand... went through a huge hassle with unknowledgeable employees, but finally purchased! We get it home, assemble it, the doors won’t open all the way! After much bickering amongst our selves over possibly making a mistake, tearing it down 3 times, reassembling each time, just to get the same result.... we determined the screw holes are positioned wrong on the unit base! I phoned customer service for TSI, as we were not wanting to return it! They asked for a bunch of useless information in order to “troubleshoot,” yet we had already solved our own problem. So they said they would forward issues to technical support?!? So why exactly did I have to call a glorified answering service when I could have just phoned straight in to technical support??? I don’t know, but I told Mrs. Troubleshooter not to waste her time! I will be returning this extremely heavy unit back to Best Buy first thing tomorrow piece by piece as the box is in pieces!!! Don’t waste your money on this garbage! It’s not worth the price!

We read the reviews and were dumb enough to buy it still and the holes don’t line up. It’s wobbly and they gave us two right doors.
