This is three months past and I called and texted to many people at Samsung no one tried to help me just pushing to someone else this is very bad customer service for Samsung?

Unprofessional staff

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This 2nd fridge that I ordered( after the initial order was not available for about 3 months ) bespoke fridge was initially deliver .but the driver or installer took off without leaving the unit and didn’t say any final words . He saw water on the valve but the old fridge was just disconnected for them to install the new one . They said it’s leaking but it’s not . They just took off . Leaving the door open . We didn’t even know that they are gone . Called them back they just told us to call customer service . Very unprofessional !
