Complete Joke

They made an appointment to install panels without having panels or even calling us about the panels. This has been a horrible experience with Best Buy. Never again will I get a fridge from them

The technician Matthew was professional, prompt, and thorough. He was very patient in explaining the new technology installed in my truck.

Poor installation
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product is good however Best Buy sends out installers without the basic tools to perform the panel install. First time they damaged the fridge. On the second try I was assured they will have the tools. Just in case I got my own tools. Good thing I did because once again the crew did not have the proper tools and I had to perform the panel swap myself. Poor installation service is the reason for the lowest possible grade
