I have done all of my laundry and it worked like expected. The only issue, it was delivered dented. I have called and received a discount because of the dent, customer service was spot on. My only issue was that it was necessary on a brand new expensive appliance.

I was able to use the e-gift card with a future order (was a laptop) - I combined it with other Best Buy e-gift cards without issue - it was a great value and easy to use!

Great Freezer with Some Annoyances

Can be hard to reopen once opened and closed as there seems to be some air suction action going on (a good thing but should be delayed). My lock key doesn’t work and I can’t lock the freezer. Only comes with 4 racks and I wish there were 5 to store more things. I think I will exchange it just to get my lock working.
