You buy a premium speaker it's only good sence to buy premium speaker protection, and as i own one pair of the 6.5's and the piece of mind protection covers i am very pleased knowing that my sonas speakers are going to be humming my tunes fir many years to come! And by the way, they will totally make you a believer in the " in ceiling speaker's", as they sound incredible!
