I feel the rewards program should come on certain days. It’s kind of annoying that you get rewards notifications one day and then a few days later you get another saying you got more. To add on to it. Why isn’t there an option in your current purchase to modify and rewards after you did a pre-order that hasn’t arrived? Makes no sense. You should be able to apply it if you haven’t received the item yet.

I was so happy to get it. But then, when I was buying something, I forgot that I had it! It would be nice if it could be applied automatically when you purchase something, like what happens with the reward certificates.
