Dear Best Buy Team, I typically don’t have high expectations when it comes to well-known retailers, but my recent experience with Best Buy truly exceeded them. I was able to get a new Pixel 9 Pro XL for essentially free, thanks to an incredible trade-in deal. I had planned to sell my old device for $450, but instead, I received a total of $1,010 in trade-in value. On top of that, I was given a $200 e-gift card, which I used to furnish my newborn son’s room. As a new parent, capturing memories of my son and our little family is incredibly important to me, but like many families, money can be tight. Best Buy made it possible for me to get a new phone without straining our budget, and for that, I’m truly grateful. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience felt personal, and I wanted to take a moment to thank Best Buy for making it all possible.

A great Appliance install and delivery experience from Best Buy!!! I recently had a very bad Home Depot experience and this was such a delight compared. The Washer and dryer were hooked up in a short time and I ran a couple of washes and dryer cycles to verify all was well! The machines are visually very good-looking and will make any laundry room look great!

Best Buy is the Best. Love this store and hope they keep growing!

I'm a big fan of google products. Out of which used this Pixel 7 Pro over a year now. The best deal when this phone was launched in 2022 was only on Bestbuy. I'm now ready to upgrade it to Pixel 8 Pro. Bestbuy deals are really worth the wait than actual website :D :)

This LG washer and Dryer set is everything and more! Its simple but its good! My clothes are finally clean again and can handle large loads. I originally had the SQ Tr7 for less than 2 years and it was awful and a waste of money. Im so happy with my new set!

The delivery people were respectful and knowledgable. The appliances are beautiful and works exactly as expected. Would recommend!

I love it!!! This stove has been the best stove that I have own. It works great. The oven heat up fast. I love that has a griddle when I can make pancakes while cooking eggs.

Well, I got no complaints. I didn't even realize that this came with the item I purchased, so it was a nice surprise. They email you a code a few days after your purchase. Spent mine on an online purchase , you just enter the code and that's it.

S24 is one of the best cellphones you can get as of right now. Camera is top quality. Microphone and speakers are awesome. Video quality is awesome as well. I will recommend this phone to anyone who wants quality.

Its a great smart watch as far as watches go. The tactile feel back for notifications, calls, and interactions feel great. The rotating bezel makes navigation very enjoyable. The screen brightness and clarity is notably improved for the previous generations. I also like the improvements Samsung made to the software like app folders and more widgets. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because coming from a Watch 5 Pro, the battery life feels like a huge downgrade. But coming from anything else for others would probably feel like an upgrade. Its all a matter of perspective.
