Received on a holiday deal but then they gave a better promotion, they don't price match those though... probably hold off on using and buying promos through the return period in my experience

I mean I got it from buying stuff i didn't really want to buy... its a big box store... i used to love best buy back in the day for cds and such, but its gotten so bad and is so over priced for anything cell related its been a year and cant think of anything to spend the card on. I hate gift cards anyway and usually just want to get rid of them asap, some scam or retailer will refuse to honor them... i dont know why anyone would ever actually spend real money $ for $ for any gift card. Basically this is my low expectation since best buy has just consecutively gone downhill year after year. I purchased a security camera set from them, the home system and a camera didn't work... I returned and weeks later they refused the return eventhough those never worked, the others that worked were installed and not returned. If anything they should have filed shipping damages since the boxes were not in great shape. Best buy is sad now so I don't know why anyone would ever buy a gift card from them.

Comes with a samsung appliance package, I expected more than 100 dollars, but it is great have an a gift!

Soundbar creates the best vocals & natural sound I've heard in a setup, however it's bass and surround sound require fine tuning to work effectively within the space that it's installed and the remote back channel speakers are quite weak.

Best Buy gift card is perfect for anyone who you don't know what to get for a gift.

In my opinion, a promotional gift card should still be reissued if you're forced to return an item that showed up broken. But Best Buy would not reissue my promotional certificate.
